Tangled up in Blue 

2024

My first body of work after moving to the Netherlands.

I fell in love with many things,  people,  places, the water that surrounded me and the undisrupted blue skies that stretched on forever.

My paintings became more complex, more layered, more subtle, and my infatuation with blue only deepened as I painted in my blue floored studio looking out from the floor to the sky.

I became this colour,

I became the sky.
